No ads, ever
Most free teacher tools bury the widget in ads. These never will — clean on a projector, in front of your class.
Private by design
Everything runs in your browser. Names, marks and lists never leave your device and vanish when you close the tab.
Built by a teacher
Made by the team behind Level Up Classroom — a working Ontario teacher — so they fit how classrooms actually run.

Frequently asked questions
Are these classroom tools really free?
Yes. Every tool here is completely free, with no login, no sign-up, and no ads. They run entirely in your browser — nothing you type leaves your device. They're made by Level Up Classroom, a gamified gradebook for teachers, as a free resource for the teaching community.
Do I need to create an account to use them?
No account is needed for any tool — just open the page and use it. If you want to save marks, rosters, seating charts or points permanently and sync them across devices, that's what the full Level Up Classroom gradebook is for, and it has a free plan too.
Can students use these tools?
Yes. Most are for teachers (name picker, timer, group generator, easy grader), but the What-If Grade Calculator is built for students to project their own grade and work out what they need on a final. None of the tools collect personal information.
Will the tools work on my smartboard or projector?
Yes. The timer, noise meter, spinner, scoreboard and name picker all have a large, projector-friendly display and a full-screen mode, plus a dark mode for low-light rooms.
How do these tools connect to Level Up Classroom?
They're a free taste of the platform. The grading tools produce a mark; inside Level Up Classroom that mark is stored, weighted by category, averaged, and shown to the student automatically. The name picker, groups, seating and points all become permanent, per-class features once you sign in.
