How is this different from a normal AI report card comment generator?

Most comment generators give you a blank box and ask you to describe the student. Level Up Classroom already has the student's marks. The comment is generated from their actual average, their strongest and weakest categories, their attendance, their missing assignments and their learning skills — so it says something specific and true rather than something generic you then have to rewrite.

Can I control the tone of the comment?

Yes. Choose professional, encouraging, constructive or warm. The draft follows your choice, and you can edit every word before saving.

Will the AI send comments to parents on its own?

Never. Every comment is a draft. You read it, edit it and save it. Nothing is printed, exported or released to a student or parent without you approving it.

The student's name never leaves your browser

Before a request goes to the AI, the student's name is replaced with a placeholder, and put back in the draft that comes home. The provider sees a shape — a mark, a weak strand, some missing work — and never a child.

We are careful not to overclaim: the marks and any notes you write still go, and a detailed note can identify someone without a name attached. It reduces exposure rather than eliminating it, which is the honest description. Data is stored in Toronto, and it is all disclosed in the privacy policy.
